Kyoshi Station, LimbicTV Live Stream

Kyoshi Station came about when on a lonely afternoon during the first lockdown, mucking about with guitar and a midi keyboard, the seeds of a song idea happened to germinate in the form of a simple chord sequence and funky clavinova riff. This developed into a song called Butterfly and was soon followed by several others - all infused with influences from the like of Pink Floyd, The Beta Band, Super Furry Animals and Daft Punk. The live sound of the band was developed through months of evolving rehearsals, adjustments, tinkering and experimenting. The home recorded album Impostors - peppered with sporadic ideas and themes of failing to meet potential, second guessing yourself and changing one's mind - was released in early 2022 supported by some live shows.

The plan now is to develop a follow up to Impostors in a studio environment, and of course more gigs shows over the rest of 2022.
